An image of the crew of a British anti tank gun, under a camouflage net, successfully targeting a German tank in Libya, as Nazi soldiers surrender, and Spitfires fly overhead. The image was used in the ‘Back Them Up!' series, with the accompanying text ‘British field guns smash a German tank attack at point-blank range in Libya'. The British celebrated the liberation of Libya in 1943.
