• Further Garthewin family and estate papers, 17th-20th centuries. The papers include some 150 letters from Saunders Lewis (1894-1985), writer, scholar and politician to Robert OF Wynne, late owner of the Garthewin estate.
• Further Penrhyn estate papers, c.1473-1896, deposited by Lady Janet Douglas Pennant. The papers relate in the main to the Winnington estate, Cheshire.
• Five holograph letters from Florence Nightingale to William Rathbone MP concerning the Bangor typhoid epidemic of 1882. Presented by the Rev. and Mrs. Peter Gledhill.
