Archives and The Environment: A digital experimentation workshop – Expression of interest

The National Archives and School of Advanced Study are organising a one-day experimentation workshop on Archives and The Environment.

The nature of the workshop is truly experimental. There will be short statement-talks in the morning and discussions in the form of working groups in the afternoon. The workshop will explore the complex set of relationships between archives and the environment, bringing together researchers and practitioners from archival science, digital humanities, computer science, digital preservation and environmental humanities to discuss. A key aim of the workshop is to build interdisciplinary partnership and collaboration, catalysing ideas for research projects, networks and funding proposals.

If you are an early career scholar or a student who is interested in participating in the workshop, we invite you to submit an expression of interest.

If you know of any early career scholars or students who might be interested to attend, we would be grateful if you could pass on the details about the workshop, and how they can apply.

Please note that attendees will have to cover their own travel costs.
