Details that in consideration of the marriage of William Holbech and Elizabeth Alington and in consideration of the payment of six thousand pounds to Ambrose Holbech and William Holbech by Dame Adams as the marriage portion of Elizabeth Alington, regarding the confirmation unto John Garrard of the manor of Farnborough, property in Farnborough known as Markham Hill, Markham Skirts, Markham Hole, Windmill Hill, Stemborough Hill, Stemborough Meadows, Killhouse Close, Poole Close, Great Gatehole, Bancey Meadow, Ram Close, Lady Close, Withy Close, The Hopyard House Close, Cranmore Hill, Corn Close, Upper Lady Close, previously in the possession of George Ralegh, and a watermill and windmill and several cottages in the tenure of John Austell and Margaret Wells, a close and cottage in the tenure of Thomas Rogers, 2 closes known as the Little Closes, 15 acres in the possession of Thomas Blice, and in Fenny Compton 3 1/2 yardlands in the possession of Richard Baseley, the manor of Radstone and related property.
