She gives her son in law William Tannett of same and Isaac Charles of, Llanrhaiddr yn Mochnant co Denbigh, all her property in trust to pay bequests

To her son John Skellorn £160, to her son Robert Skellorn £320, to her son Richard Skellord £455 and all household goods and furniture, to her daughter Mary Williams of Llanrgaiddr yn Mochnant £60 and after her decease, £60 to be paid to testator's granddaughter Ann Williams, or in case of her decease to her granddaughter Elizabeth Williams.
