Conveyed by John Neve and others to Thomas Utber and others in 1616; recovery suffered to the use to Utber in 1617. Part of estate settled on the marriage of Thomas Utber the younger and Ann Corderoy in 1639. With conveyance by Thomas Gooch to William Frith of a dwelling house in Hoe, 1679; deed to lead the uses of a recovery on the manor of Heymers by Thomas Gooch in 1666; recovery suffered by Alphonsus Frith on a messuage and 220 acres in Hoe and Swanton Morley, 1688.
