Acknowledges letter of 2 June. Concerned that Bragg was inconvenienced whilst trying to obtain a taxi at the station. Everything possible is done to try to regulate taxis but there is some "pirating" by drivers and by the public, which is difficult to rectify. Is advising the Police Department about Bragg's complaint.
