Some information provided.

Response

1. What type of maintenance management model does your organisation use? E.g. Managed supply-chain, single hard-fm & soft-fm contractor, internal workforce, principal contractor etc.

TNA’s maintenance management model is a competitively tendered Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract awarded through a Crown Commercial (CCS) Framework which is due to expire 31 December 2023.

2. Can you provide a list of the approved contractors used?

TNA does not hold this information. Bouygues (BYES) are the awarded contractor, and they hold their own specialist list of preferred contractors.

3. What are the total values of contracts granted?

Information about all contracts and agreements with a value over £10,000 are published in the public domain and is covered by the exemption at Section 21 of the FOI Act. The information is already published in the public domain as per the link below:
Finance Systems Support – Contracts Finder

4. When do these contracts expire?

Our TFM contract is due to expire on 31st December 2023. However, TNA has direct awarded this agreement for another year whilst we review our service requirements before retender.

5. What services are provided in each contract?

The services provided to public and staff areas are both soft and hard services to site. This includes mechanical and electrical services, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and planned preventative maintenance as well as the Facilities Management Helpdesk, building security, porters, postal services, cleaning and reactive maintenance.

6. What procurement method was used? E.g. Open ITT, Framework if so, which one?

The procurement method used by TNA is the CCS Framework.
