I’m trying to establish how and when is best to engage with The National Archives, regarding IT Software contracts, specifically the possible review of your ITSM solution.
1. When do you expect to begin a procurement process and issue any form of the tender or RFI to potential suppliers?
2. When do you expect you and your colleagues to be ready to engage in any pre-tender dialogue with potential suppliers?
3. Who will be responsible for the project from a) business and b) procurement perspectives.
