To deliver seisin to John Rowe the younger of Kyngeston, of a tenth part of a tin-work called Welaby lying next to another tin-work called Coped Thorne; and of a twelfth part of a tin-work called Style Beme lying next to another called Tynne Hille Beme; and of a sixteenth part of a tin-work called Old Gnat Hille lying next to another called Glowe Beme; and of a twenty-fourth part of the tin-work called Glowe Beme; within the jurisdiction of the Stannary Court of Ascheburton; to hold to the said John Rowe for ever.
