Endorsed: Memorandum that Edward Pyne and Phillip Wyot, 8th October, 7 Charles I [1631], surrendered up their term in the within-named premises, on condition that John Chichester paid to his sisters, Anne, Susan, Elizabeth and Katherine Chichester the several sums of money mentioned in the lease |
