Nicholas Poyntz of Curymalet, knight

 

John de Berweby, chaplain

 

Hamo Berworthy, deforciants

 

Concerning the manors of Wollecombe Tracy [in Mortehoe], Stonford, Bremelrygge [Bremridge in South Molton], and Wydeyate [in North Molton], and 3 carucates of land and 70 shillings of rent, in Northcote, Froggemer, Crakeway and Barnstaple

 

John de Stonford acknowledges the aforesaid premises to be the right of Nicholas, and to be held by Nicholas, John and Hamo by the gift of John de Stonford. And Nicholas, John and Hamo grant the premises to John de Stonford, for life, and after his death they are to go

 

to William le Fitz Waryn, of Brythlegh', and Joan, his wife, to have and to hold for ever.
