Covenant for a Marriage and Settlement (1) John Rowe, serjeant at the law (2) Thomas Seyntawbyn, esq. The parties agree to promote a marriage between John Rowe the younger, son and heir of said John Rowe, and Phylyppe Bluet, daughter of Marye, wife of said Thomas Seyntawbyn; and said John Rowe agrees to settle all his lands on John Rowe the younger, and the heirs male of him and said Phylyppe.
