(1) William Bernhows, son and heir of Thomas Bernhows

 

(2) John Row, son and heir of William Row late of Tottenes, (between whom, and Agnes, eldest daughter of said William Bernhows, a marriage has been agreed upon)

 

Chief manor or mansion place of Kyngeston; and as much of the lands of William Bernhous as amount to £20 a year in value, to be chosen by John Row.
