Messuages, lands and tenements which he lately had of the gift of Elizabeth de Bayston', otherwise Elizota de Bayston', late wife of Walter Leveger, in Hemston' Cantulow. To hold to the said John Bowedon and Richard, their heirs and assigns, for ever, of the chief lords of the fee.
