(1) Sir Bourchier Wrey of Tawstock, Bart., and Ellen his wife.

 

(2) Sir John Chichester of Youlston, Bart., as surviving trustee of the marriage settlement of (1), and as surviving trustee of a deed of partition and settlement made after the marriage of (1).

 

Recites that (1) direct (2) to sell bank annuities, to produce the sum of £1,500, which is appointed to Robert Harding, husband of Dionisia, daughter of (1). The bank annuities were purchased with part of a sum raised by the sale of lands at Great Chalfield, Little Chalfield, South Wraxall, and Atworth (all in Wilts), the lands having been settled under the marriage settlement of (1), and the subsequent deed of partition.
