Title: The Linfoot collection of railway photographs
Description:

The Linfoot collection is composed of film negatives and 35mm colour slides showing British and Irish railways and waterways, together with the railways of continental Europe, including the Netherlands, France, Spain and Portugal. There is also an archive of timetables, timing logs, rulebooks, diagrams and maps.

 

There are fifteen ring binders of transparencies, which are stored in polyester sleeves so that they can be viewed on a light box. Handwritten lists are available for each box. Lists of the negatives can be produced to special order only.
