The two furlongs Fetinfurlong and Middilfurlong in the parish of Foleshill (in Coventry) and the mill of Henley were granted by Ralph de Stivechale to his daughter and heir Margery, and by Simon Derby and his wife Margery to Nicholas de Segrave, the latter transaction being formalised in a final concord of 1270 [BL Harl. MS 4748, f. 5d.] Stephen acquired the rent of ½ mark from the mill of Henley, lately rendered by Ralph de Stivichale; the rent is mentioned above, BCM/D/5/82/2 [GC 341].
