Ferreburg and Thomas her son of a messuage and 2 bovates of land in Brerton in the tenure of Henry son of Richard the reeve and a rent of 6/8d paid for a tenement in Roudon (Rowden, Hampsthwaite) held by Robert Shutt of Hamstwayt and Alice his wife, to be held for their lives paying 60s p.a. after the first 20 years, with permission to assign should both die within the first 20 years.

 

Witnesses: John Becard, Nicholas de Burton, Henry del Hil..., Robert de Staynley, Adam son of ..., ... de Aldeburgh, Robert de Weston.
