Official fuhrerbucher issued to the Taugwalders, Perren and Biner, containing testamonials from climbers who had engaged them as guides. Tract item no. T267.24 is a photographic print of a double-page spread from a blank notebook used by Josef Taugwalder before he was issued with his official book. This shows the testamonial of Theodore Roosevbelt, August 1881 (a photocopy of this image is stored with O1). Dates: J. Taugwalder: July 1882 - July 1886 G. Taugwalder: July 1882 - August 1913 Perren: August 1897 - August 1911 Biner: August 1931 - August 1944.
