Indenture of lease for 6 months, dated 'the two and twentyeth day of May in the twelveth yeare of the Raign of our gracious Soveraigne Lord Charles the Second by the Grace of God of England etc. King and in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred and sixty' (i.e. seven days before the Restoration), granted by Elizabeth Avery of Fillongley, widow, and William Avery of Fillongley, gent., to Martin Whadcocke of Fillongley, gent., and Thomas Brearley of Fillongley, gent., of lands and tenements in Fillongley.
