Conveyance by lease and release from Joseph Chambers of Stratford-upon-Avon, periwig-maker, and Sarah his wife to Thomas Marshall of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, of a tenement on the north side of Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, which the said Joseph Chambers lately purchased of Thomas Copeland and Priscilla his wife.
