Description:

Deed of exchange, with counterpart, between William Copeland of Stratford-upon-Avon, staymaker, one of the sons and devisee named in the last will of John Copeland late of Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased and William Lees of Stratford-upon-Avon, by which the said William Copeland exchanges a house in Wood Street for a house adjoining together with a sum of £9 paid to him by the said William Lee.
