Release by Daniel Baker the elder of Henley-in-Arden, tanner and Daniel Baker of Stratford-upon-Avon, draper, his son to John Baker of Henley-in-Arden, tanner, of interest etc. in twelve selions of arable land containing four acres in Henley-in-Arden near unto Reddington Gate between land sometime Rowland Wheelers and that of George Whateley, late of Stratford now deceased, and in six selions of arable land containing one and a half acres called Dead Leas in the fields of Whitley in the parish of Wootton Wawen.
