Description:

Release by Clement Greene the younger, son and heir of Clement Greene late of Fillongley, yeoman, to William Hollyer of Fillongly, yeoman, of a close of pasture called Suttons Close in the parish of Fillongley, reciting a deed dated 1 August 1674 between Edward Woodcock of Over Whitacre, yeoman, son of Timothy Woodcock late of Astley, clerk, deceased and Richard Snell of Maxstock, yeoman, whereby the said close then in the tenure of Thomas Hill, tenant of the said Edward Woodcock and Richard Snell was conveyed to the said William Hollyer.
