Lease for a year by Mary Wells of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow of Thomas Wells of Stratford-upon-Avon, mealman, to Richard Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and William Allen of same, grocer, of the moiety of a tenement in Back Bridge Street, heretofore in the tenure of Mary Watson, widow, since of William Dyde, father of the said Mary Wells (and by him purchased of Leonard Sherington) and now in the occupation of the said Mary Wells.
