Lease from Sir John Clopton of Clopton, Knt., to Edward Harrison of Old Stratford, gent., of two closes in the manor of Clopton and parish of Old Stratford called Wood's Close and Smart's Close for 50 years (if the said Edward Harrison shall so long live) for a payment in hand of £100.
Witnesses: William Gibson, Elizabeth Clarke, John Adkins.
Endorsed with eleven acquittances from Edward Harrison to Sir John Clopton for half-yearly payments of £6 for rent of the premises; 15 May 1679 - 15 November 1698.
