Lease for a year from John Palmer of Pittorne in Kington, yeoman, to John Wells of Goldicott in Alderminster, co. Worc., yeoman, of a messuage, cottage, close etc. in Eatington, late in the tenure of Susannah Palmer, mother of the said John and now in the tenure of Jonathan Smith.
