Lease for a year from William Bell of Bittell in Alvechurch, co. Worc., esq., to Thomas Bell, clerk, vicar of Tardebig, co. Worc., of a messuage and farm called Finstall Farm in the occupation of Thomas Carpenter, a messuage and farm called the Hollow Tree Farm in the occupation of Thomas Carpenter and Walter Albert (as his under-tenant) and a messuage, lands, etc. late in the tenure of Frances Carpenter, widow, all being in Bromsgrove, co. Worc.
