Worc., esq., and Mary his wife, daughter of William Bookey, senior, William Bell of Bittell in Alvechurch, co. Worc., esq., and Robert Bell, gent., his son and heir, to Thomas Amphlett of Droytwich, co. Worc., apothecary, of a messuage, toft, lands, tenements, etc. at or near Wreadnall Green in King's Norton, co. Worc., 'used together as one entire farme', in the occupation of William Dingley.
