Lease from Joshua Bradley of Stowerbridge, co. Worc., gent., to Richard Smith of Wollaston, co. Worc., 'glasscarrier', of a parcel of land, of ¼ acre, in a common field of Wordsley in Kingswinford, co. Staffs., between land of Thomas Deffell on the north and land of John Hoskis on the south, with all the building etc. erected or to be erected by the said Richard Smith on the same, for 99 years at a yearly rent of 8 shillings and 5 shillings in hand.
