Probate of will of Thomas Collins of Preston-upon-Stour, co. Glouc., yeoman, dated 17 October 1679 bequeathing to his daughters Elianor, Mary and Martha £200 each to be raised (if not paid before his own death and that of his wife) out of his land at Preston, the said land after such payment and the death of himself and his wife to be divided among his five daughters, the three above named, Elizabeth Smith of Long Marston, co. Glouc., widow, and Margaret wife of William Wright of Stratford.

Witnesses: Giles Edwards, John Walker, George Hands.

Proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury to Elizabeth Collins the widow.
