Description:

Demise by William Izod of Welford, co. Glouc., clerk, to Thomas Milward of Besford, co. Worc., gent., son of William Milward late of Welford, gent., and to Anne Milward, spinster, daughter of the same William Milward (John Milward, son and heir of William Milward being also a party) of messuages, lands, etc. in Welford for 99 years, terminable with the life of the said William Izod, upon trust to pay the profits to Anne Izod, wife of the same William Izod and widow of William Milward and mother of John, Thomas and Anne Milward aforesaid, the demise to be void if she pre-decease her husband or if she charge him with any debt of £5 or upwards.
