Catalogue description Old Stratford, Shottery etc

Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen etc. of Stratford-upon-Avon to Edward Clopton of Clopton esq., of all their 'privy tythe of wool, lamb, cows, calves, flax and all other small tythes' issuing from his lands etc. in Clopton and Bridgetown in the parish of Old Stratford (except the privy tythes from his lands in the common fields of Stratford, Welcombe and Bishopton, Clopton Meadow, alias Avon meadow and the Hams) for 21 years at a yearly rent of £10 and a couple of fowls or 1s. 6d. in lieu thereof.
