Bond from Richard Newcomb of Stratford-upon-Avon, carrier, to Martha Forrester of the parish of St. Andrew's, Holborn, widow, in £400 to be void if his executors, within three months after his death, pay to the said Martha Forrester £200 in trust for Martha Brittain, now of Standon, co. Herts., spinster, his intended wife, should the marriage take effect and she survive him.
