Release by Sir George Newland of London, Knt., one of the creditors of George Hands, late of Stratford-upon-Avon and now of Warwick, maltster, a bankrupt, and by Richard Hands, son and heir of the said George Hands, to Joseph Smith of Stratford, ironmonger, of a messuage, malt-house, etc. in Stratford in Wood Street, conveyed to him by the creditors of the said George Hands by indenture dated 2 November last past.
