Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon to Simon Smart of Guarnall (Gornall), co. Staffs., husbandman, of a barn and plot of ground lying before it and extending towards the 'Back Bridge streete', between the messuage of Arthur Lane on the east and a parcel of ground of Joseph Hunt on the west, for 80 years, at a yearly rent of 12 shillings and 2 capons, with £25 fine.
