Assignment by John Franklin of Nuthurst Chapel in Hampton Arden, yeoman, and Susannah Holder of Little Mount Street, Grosvenor Square, London, to John Payton of Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, for £10 of a lease from the Mayor, Aldermen, etc. of Stratford-upon-Avon to Hannah Gibbs, widow, dated 2 December 1742, of two messuages in Henley Street, Stratford, then in the tenures of Ruth Anderton, John Burman and Mary Fincher and having the messuage of Thomas George on the east and the messuage of John Burman on the west, for 41 years, at the yearly rent therein covenanted.

 

Witnesses: John Court, John Ingram.

 

With acquittance for £10 endorsed, dated 30 September, witnessed by the same and by John Wale, Elizabeth Wale.
