Indenture betw. Sir Will. Benet, parson, of Lighthorne, and Joh. Walwyn, gent., wherein the yearly rent of Lighthorne parsonage and tithe leased to Rafe Townsend, viz., £10 a year, is in consideration of certain money made over by Walwyn to Benet, to be paid to the former during the remainder of Townsend's seven years' lease, and for 21 years after the expiration thereof; Benet to forfeit £100 by bond of the statute of the Staple for non-fulfilment of any article of this covenant.
