Tatum, tyler, with consent of others being vestrymen and in pursuance of an order of vestry in their open vestry made, of a messuage in Smithford Street in his occupation being 6 yards 1 in. on street side, and 33 yds. 6 in. from street door to end of garden for 21 years after 1743 at £4 10s. a year.
