Smith, and one messuage in Cross Cheaping adjoining the mansion house of Mat. Smyth and divers closes in Little Horwell, in the occupation of Sus. Barnard, and a close in Horwell in that of Mat. Bott, for 99 years, at a peppercorn rent, in consideration of a payment made to Tho. Throckmorton, chw., towards the debt of the church.
