Milverton and Kenilworth widening

 

The widening of the railway between Milverton and Kenilworth extended from a point 500 yards north of the booking office at Milverton station, to a point, 500 yards or thereabouts. S.W. of the south end of the Milburn Grange viaduct. The length of the widening was 4 miles 1 furlong 9.20 chains. The engineer for the widening was Francis Stevenson, and the work was completed in 1884. The deposit consists of a plan, eleven bridge widening schemes and one viaduct widening scheme. All the distances are from Milverton.
