Tenement, shops, edifices, buildings, garden and backside in Horsham abutting E. on the tenement of the heirs of John Ellis, S., W. and N. on King's highway. Recites: (i) that the conveyance is made in return for said Thomas discharging for said George a legacy bequeathed by John Mutton, dec'd., father of said George, by his will, 12 Aug. 1600, to Thomas Mutton, son of Thomas Mutton, then dec'd. eldest son of said John; (ii) lease from said George to John Hudson and Dorothy, his wife, whereof five years are unexpired, at the yearly rent of £3 10s. 0d. |
