By (a) Peter de Hamptonette, son and heir of Edmund de Bedinton and Juliane his wife to (b) Walter of Braclesham, clerk

 

12s. from the rent of the tenement which Philip Carpentar de la Manewod holds in the parish of Westychenor to the south of the capital messuage of Peter de la More.

 

Consideration: One clove annually on the Nativity of St. John the Baptist.

 

1d. or a pair of gloves to the lord of the fee on Hockday.

 

10 marks paid to (a).

 

Recites the earlier charter [1289-1299].
