By (a) Henry de Mineriis to (b) Robert Serviens One virgate of land in Westbr., that is, in Nederlie ½ virgate which (b) held in the time of William, (a)'s father, ¼ virgate which Hugh Hose had, one Monday which Hedwin son of Hedwin held, an acre which Elwin Bracarii held, an acre which William Kincg held, and the meadow of Colemede which he also held. If anything is lacking to make up the virgate (a) will make it up with land in the same town. Consideration: 10s. per annum in quarterly portions. Witnesses: Roger de Westbr., Roger de Arden, William de Munstrewurde, Roger his brother, Walter de la Forde, William de Heluin, John the Steward, Roger de Gambeis.
