By JOANE BUSBRIDGE of Dallington, widow, executrix of the Will of John Giles late of Penhurst, clerk, to Sir THOS. DYKE of Horeham in Waldron, knt., - for £980 - of all that the moiety of the said Joane of the timber, underwood and woodlands parcel of the manor of Ittington in the parishes of Mountfield and Battell And also her moiety of the timber &c. parcel of a messuage and forge called Woodsdale lying in Battell and Mountfield And also her moiety of the timber and woodlands parcel of Hucksteep and Hucksteep woods in Battell and Mountfield parcel of a messuage and farm called Darvole gate farm and Callice woods and the Furnace lands in Mountfield - All which parcels of woodland, containing 900 ac. in Netherfield, Mountfield and Battell

 

Also demise of all other messuages, lands &c. of the said Joane, parcel of the said manor of Ittington or Woodsdale, Hucksteep and Hucksteep woods, Darvole gate farm and Callice woods and the Furnace lands afoesaid and all other messuages, lands &c. of the said Joane purchased by the said John Giles of the Earl of Winchelsea and which were not sold to Anthony Stapley esq. decd; the premises containing in the whole 1500 ac. and being in Mountfield, Battell and Watlington
