Between JOHN RELFE of St Martins in the Fields, co. Middlesex, gent., son and heir of John Relfe late of Ashburnham decd., and ANTHONY MAY of Ashburnham, gent., for the transfer of a mortgage for £1000 granted by the said John Relfe to Katherine Thomas of Fowington of a messuage and farm called the Lodge and of all outhouse, buildings lands &c. belonging, containing 160 ac. and coppices and woodground containing 70 ac. All in Ashburnham; of which premises the said Anthony May had a lease for 21 years from the said John Relfe
