Leicester, balcksmith, to JOHN ATKINS of Brightling, gent., - for £13 - of an annuity of 20s. issuing out of all those messuages, lands &c. in Battell, Brightlinge, Penhurst and Mountfeild which lately belonged to Joane a Neston late of Nendfeild, widow, the said annuity being granted by deed poll of Elizabeth Joanes late of Nendfeild, widow, to Thomas Joanes her son, dated 26 April, 1636
