By JOHN WEST of Dallington, yeoman, and THOMAZINE his wife and THOMAS WEST, son of the said John West, to JOHN ASHBORNEHAM of Biddendens alias Bassocks in Ashborneham, gent. - for £60 - of the reversion (expectant on the death of Alice Ashborneham of Dallington, widow,) of and in a messuage, gardens, lands &c. called the Oldhouse land containing 30 ac. in Ashborneham late in the tenure of Stephen Bluett, bounding to land of Sidney Docterin, S., James Manser, W. late Math. Roades, E. and the highway from Ashborneham Mill to Ponts Green, N., which premises by the Will of John Ashborneham late of Ashborneham, gent., dated 9 Dec., 1639, were given to the said Alice his then wife for life and afterwards to the said Thomazine West if living and then to the said Thomas West and his heirs
