By JOHN ASHBOURNEHAM of Pevensey als Pemsey within the Cinque Ports, gent., to JOHN BEMBRIGGE of Ashbourneham, clerk, - in order to continue the 1/3rd part mentioned in his name and blood - of the third part of a messuage, garden &c. lands &c. called the Old House, containing 28 ac., which descended to the said John Asheborneham on the death of John Ashborneham, gent. decd., situated in Ashborneham, to the use of the grantor for life and then to John Ashborneham of Ashborneham, esq. reserving power of revocation.
